Veronia was of the Baptist faith and loved the Lord. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mountain City.
Veronia was Heaven's angel sent to bless all that knew and loved her. She was Mom, Mom-Maw, Granny, sister, aunt, and friend to so many. Veronia loved to spend time with her family and cherished each and every one of them. She never turned away a stranger and always invited them inside her home for shelter and a good home cooked meal leasing them to enter as strangers but leave as friends whom often returned. She was the heart of her family, the rock against outside storms, the patient listener, and the one who taught many what true unconditional love really was. Veronia greeted the world with a smile and left memories of love and laughter in all that knew her. She will be forever missed by those that love her.
