- Dale retired from Formica in 1996 after working for 41 years. Prior to that he served in the United States Army, 4th Infantry Division. Dale loved to fish, hunt, garden, more recently enjoyed to relax in his easy chair watching his favorite shows, Andy Griffith, Fred Sanford and Judge Judy. Dale was a faithful Christian who loved the Lord and took comfort in knowing where he was going. He loved his family with all of his heart. He was the kindest, gentlest man who will be greatly missed. We will forever hold on to the stories, memories and love you had for us and that will help carry us on.
