    Raymond Campbell, 86, passed away on February 9, 2022 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton, Tenn. Raymond was born on January 2, 1936 in Buntontown to the late Ode Campbell and Fay Dugger Campbell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Anna Ruth Campbell, and his sister, Selma Trivette.
    Raymond enjoyed farming and raising his cattle and tobacco. He worked at Bemberg and also drove a school bus for the Carter County School System for over 30 years. He loved cheering on the Tennessee Vols and the Atlanta Braves. Raymond was an active member of the Roan Creek Masonic Lodge #679 and Butler Eastern Star #218. He was also a Scottish Rite Mason and a Jericho Shriner.
    Raymond loved his family and the Lord. He served as a deacon for many years at Meadowview Baptist Church.
    Those left to cherish his memories include his daughter, Tamy Duffield and husband Michael; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joyce Walsh, Bill Walsh and wife Doris, Margaret Walsh and Gerry Walsh; paternal nieces and nephews, Linda Harrison and husband Sonny, Carolyn Arnold, Lowell Trivette and wife Glenda and Vance Trivette and wife Laura; special cousin, Claude Campbell; several other nieces and nephews; and his beloved dogs, Peanut and Pixie.
    The graveside service for Raymond will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 11, at the Dugger Family Cemetery with Pastor Richard Jones officiating. Masonic services will be provided by the Roan Creek Masonic Lodge #679. Pallbearers will be Rick Campbell, David Campbell, Kyle Evans, Gary Evans, Steve Walsh, Eric Fagan and Jamie Walsh. Honorary pallbearers are Lowell Trivette, Vance Trivette, Bill Walsh, Sonny Harrison, JR Bunton, Delmas Bunton, George Bunton and Ray Evans.
