    Kernersville – Mary Jane Tadlock Smith, 65, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born on August 14, 1956, in Washington County, TN to Virigina Kathleen Tredway Tadlock and the late Beryl Herman Tadlock. Mary worked and retired as an EDI Consultant for Volvo Truck. She was a fan of NASCAR Racing and enjoyed spending time at the beach.

    Left to cherish her memory are husband of 37 years, Rick Smith; her mother, Kathleen Tadlock; and her brother, Michael Tadlock (Sheila).

    A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Bill Turner officiating.
