    Rosaline Blevins Lively, 78, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021, at her residence after an extended illness.
    A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Beryl Taylor Blevins.
    Rosaline was a 1961 graduate of Unaka High School. She was employed at Human Services of Elizabethton before moving to Maryville, Tenn., where she was employed also with Human Services. Later she was owner of Picture Show Video in Maryville. Rosaline was a member of Moores Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She loved to read, travel and spend time with her family and friends.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Infant Sexton Blevins, Leon Blevins and Leroy Blevins.
    Survivors include her daughters, Ginger Peters Henry and Elizabeth Ann Lively; her honorary granddaughter, Taylor Rayne Riden; her sister, Irene Brockwell; several nieces and nephews; and her fur baby, Aki Pretty Girl.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday, July 12, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Richard Blevins, the Rev. Willie Campbell and the Rev. Buddy Hunt officiating. The Eulogy will be given by Stephanie Pierce. Music will be by Sherry Peters. The graveside service and interment will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, in the Garland Cemetery. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, will be Paul Riden, Leonard Bowers, Dallas Pierce, Chuck Pierce and Lynn Bowling. Honorary pallbearers will be Buddy Hunt and her church family. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to her caregivers, Elizabeth Baker and Sherry Simmons.
