    Evelyn Little Baldwin, 96, of Johnson City, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 29, 2022. A native of Elizabethton, she was the daughter of Clay and Florence Miller Little.
    Evelyn worked at American Bemberg Corporation in the payroll department and retired as manager of the Credit Bureau of Elizabethton and Carter County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Evelyn felt her purpose in life was to create special memories for her family, which she excelled at, and to be a dedicated caregiver to members of both her and Randal’s family who were in need.
    In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Randal L. Baldwin; sisters, Christine Flanary and husband James, and Beryl Laws and husband John; her brothers, Earl Little and wife Barbara, Harold “Buddy” Little, and infant brother Eugene Little.
    Left to cherish her memory include Steve Baldwin and wife Leanna of Johnson City and her daughter Laura Baldwin Chinouth of Charleston, S.C.; grandchildren, Josh Baldwin of Johnson City, Rachael Baldwin Sari and husband Ismail of Salihli, Turkey, Jordan Chinouth and wife Amy of Watkinsville, Ga., and Grant Chinouth and Crystal Urban of Chicago, Ill.; great-grandchildren, Jackson Chinouth, Adalyn Chinouth, Selin Sari and Alya Sari; a sister-in-law, Trilla Little of Elizabethton; and several nieces and nephews.
    For those who prefer, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in memory of Evelyn to Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church, 201 East Market Street, Johnson City, TN 37601. The family will greet guests to share memories from 12 until 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, at Tetrick Funeral Services in Johnson City, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Douglas Fairbanks, Rev. Michael Lester and Rev. Doug Grove-DeJarnett officiating. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Elizabethton. Active pallbearers will be Josh Baldwin, Jordan Chinouth, Grant Chinouth, Russ Flanary, Terry Flanary, Mike Laws, Mike Malone and Richard Barker. Honorary pallbearers are Ron Rogers, Jim Cambron and Danny Cox. Special heartfelt thanks to the tireless staff on the 500 wing at Abundant Christian Living and the incredible team of Amedisys Hospice Care for their expert care of our family and the many kindnesses we were shown.

    ELIZABETHTON - Harold “Buddy” Little of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in the Johnson City Medical Center following an illness of three weeks. Buddy was born in Carter County on March 25th, 1927. Buddy was the son of the late H. Clay and Florence Miller Little.

    Buddy was a faithful, active and lifetime member of the Valley Forge United Methodist Church. He was a U S Army veteran of World War II, having served in the European Front. He was a recipient of Army of Occupation and the World War II Victory Medal. Buddy attended Elizabethton High School and was drafted prior to graduation his senior year. In 2001 he received his Elizabethton High School diploma along with twelve other veterans who were drafted during their high school senior year.

    Buddy was a member of the Teamsters Union and having driven a truck for Beaunit Fibers and retired from Mason and Dixon Trucking. He started working at Tetrick Funeral Home in 1982 where retired in 1992, but continued to work as an ambassador for many years. Buddy was a loyal Cyclone fan and a member of the Republican Party.

    Buddy was one of the kindest people you ever met. He was always kind to the less fortunate and loved animals. His favorite dog and best friend was Luke, a Labrador.

    Buddy was preceded in death by two sisters, Christine Flannary and her husband Jimmy, and Beryle Laws and her husband John, one brother Earl Little and his wife Barbara, and a brother-in-law Randall Baldwin.

    Buddy is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Trilla Smith Little of the home, one daughter, Jan Malone and her husband Mike, one son Chris Little, one grand-daughter Breanna Little whom he adored, one sister Evelyn Baldwin. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

    A service to celebrate the life of Buddy Little will be conducted at 2:30 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Peace of Tetrick Funeral Home, June 6, 2021 with Rev. Willie Campbell and Brother Nathan Dugger officiating. Music will be under the direction of Judy Little and Linda Baughman. The service will be livestreamed and may be viewed at 2:30 PM on Sunday or you may view at your convenience after the service on Sunday.     Interment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park in the Garden of Gethsamane with Rev. Brent Nidiffer officiating and Dale Williams, soloist. Active pallbearers will be Chris Little, Mike Malone, Josh Baldwin, Malcolm Howard, Jeff Davidson, Kenneth Jewitt and Joe Nave. Honorary pallbearers will be; Michael Little, Kim Birchfield, Joe Taylor, Richard Tetrick, Tyler Tetrick and Mike Laws.
