Shirley Juanita Shepherd, age 81, of Johnson City, TN passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center.

A native of Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Jesse James Rankin and Maude Juanita Arnold Rankin. She retired from Ballad Health and she was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Fairell Dean Shepherd and three sisters, Joy Hurt, Betty Osborne and Wanda Phillips. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Deana Shepherd Graybeal, of the home and two grandsons, Joshua Castell and Dusty Graybeal, both of Johnson City, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
