    Notes:

    Dallas Wayne Blevins, 80, of Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019, at the Dominion Senior Living, Johnson City.
    A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late John L. Blevins Sr. and Martha Byers Blevins.
    Mr. Blevins was self-employed in Auto Body Works. He had formerly attended Harmony Baptist Church.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John L. Blevins Jr. and Earnest Blevins.
    Survivors include two children, Darrell Blevins, Elizabethton, and Debbie Sharp, Kingsport; one grandson, Tyler Sharp, Telford; and a brother and sister-in-law, Lewis and Virginia Blevins, Elizabethton.
    The graveside service for Dallas Wayne Blevins will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, March 29, at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Phil Reed officiating. Interment will follow. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
