    Mary Ella Snyder Trivette, 90, was remembered at funeral services held Jan. 30 at Zionville Baptist Church. Rev. Carl Johnson officiated. Burial followed in the Zionville Church Cemetery.
    Mrs. Trivette was born in the Tamarack community of Watauga County to the late Stillman and Lula Thomas Snyder. She was a homemaker and a member of Zionville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Clayton Trivette; three grandchildren; one sister, Lizzie Cook; and two brothers, Charlie Snyder and Earl Snyder.
    She is survived by two daughters, Cora Leigh Oliver and husband, Robert, and Pauline Roark and husband, Joe, all of Creston; two sons, George Trivette and wife, Ann, Zionville, and Bert Trivette and wife, Janette, Mountain City, Tenn.; three sisters, Cleo Baird, Johnson City, Tenn., Josephine Snyder, Mountain City, Tenn. and Edna Haga and husband, Bud, Bristol, Tenn.; one brother, John Snyder, Mountain City, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren and 25 loving great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

    Mary married Dewey Clayton Trivett on 27 Feb 1927 in Johnson County, , , Tennessee.     "Granny" Snyder Haga, age 95, Bristol, VA, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 30, 2014 at the Wellmont Hospice House. She was born August 8, 1918 in Watauga Co., NC, a daughter of the late Stillman and Lula Thomas Snyder. Edna was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. She was a housewife and mother. Edna was a member of Johnson's Chapel Church for over 60 years, where she taught Sunday School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E.V. "Bud" Haga and two brothers and four sisters.

    She is survived by Her children: Stillman Thomas Snyder and wife Carol, Becky J. Boyd and Darrell Taylor, Mary Miller and husband Hunter, Don Haga and wife Kim Nine Grandchildren, Fourteen Great Grandchildren and One Great-Great Grandchild

    Funeral services will be held 3 pm, Sunday, February 2, 2014 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bobby Joe Wheeler officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
