    Mr Dugger was a Native of Butler who had lived in Johnson City for most of his Life.
    He was the Son of the Late Robert Newton and Nancy Ellen Sheets Dugger..In addition to his Parents he was also preceded in Death by his wife Rita Arlene Murr Dugger, Five Brothers; Four Sisters; One Grandson, Robery Anthony Dugger;p Three Great Grandsons, Christopher Lee Lawson, Jacob Dugger and Joshua Dugger..
    He was a Diesel Mechanic.
    He was a WWII US.Army Veteran, having received Three Purple Hearts.Mr Dugger was a Member of the Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church.
    Survivors includ: One Daughter,Ella Pearl Dugger Donati Beam and her Husband Glen of Johnson City. One Son, Robert Dean and his wife, Phyllis Ward Dugger of North Carolina: Two Sisters Gladys Dunn of Blountville and Lilly Rogers of Midway: Three Sister in Laws, Ruth Dugger of Johnson City, Luella Lowe of Jonesborough and Emma Sue Pate Payne of Johnson City; Six Grandchildren, Jeffery Good and his Wife Tonya of North Carolina, Jennifer Dawn Donati Rhonton of Johnson City, Wesley Dean Dugger and his Wife Robin, of North Carolina, Carl Franklin Dugger and Cory Lee Dugger both of North Carolina and Terry Beam and his Wife Joann of Johnson City..Twelve Great Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews..The Family would like to express their appreciation to the Staff at the VA Medical Center, Amedisys Home Health, Melissa, Janie and Shannon..The EMS Personnel, Johnson City Medical Center, Tess and Roger on the 2100 Unit, Blake in the Trama Unit and all the other Medical Staff who helped with the care of Our Father.

    JOHNSON CITY - Ella Pearl Dugger Good Donati Beam, 70, Johnson City passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at her residence with her family at her side.

    Ella was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City and was the daughter of the late Chancey and Rita Murr Dugger. She was owner and operator of Double D Wallpaper. Ella had served on the Board of Directors of the McCarty Cemetery for many years. She loved her family, roses and country music.

    Survivors include her children, Jeff Good and his wife, Jill of Tampa, FL; a daughter, Jennifer Donati of Johnson City; Terry Beam and wife, Joann, Michael Beam and family all of Erwin and Tony Beam and family of Georgia; adopted daughter, Melissa Delavega and husband, Salvador of Jonesborough; a brother, Robert Dean Dugger and wife, Phyllis of Statesville, NC; grandchildren, Jessica Crawford and husband, Vance, Austin Beam and family, Whitney Lewis and husband, Derick, Dustin Donati, Sara Delavega and Salvador Delavega Jr.. great-grandchildren, Caroline, Jaden, Jaren and Avery; an aunt, Emma Sue Pate Payne of Johnson City; The Watkins family, her nephews, Cory and Wesley Dugger; her best friend, Billy Sue McKinney; several cousins; also her puppies, Tabby and Toby who she called her babies.

    A service to celebrate the life of Ella will be conducted at 7:00 PM Thursday, April 25, 2019 in the Appalachian Funeral Home, 800 E. Watauga Avenue, Johnson City with Rev. David Dugger and Rev. Larry Dugger officiating. Special music will be provided by the Duggers. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel prior to the service. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 26, 2019 at McCarty Cemetery, Jonesborough. Pallbearers will be selected from the family and friends
