    Ms. Lelia Dora Taylor, 89, of Elizabethton, went home to be with her Lord, on Sunday, December 28, 2014 with her family and close friends by her side, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Pearl Estes Richardson and Noah Richardson, Sr. and was born in Elizabethton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Elwayne Cole, and three brothers, Roy Richardson, Orville Richardson and Noah Richardson, II.

    Mrs. Taylor was a member of Dungan Chapel Baptist Church and was retired from North American Rayon. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and especially loved to cook for them. Her pastimes included crocheting, quilting, gardening, cooking and canning the food from her garden.

    She is survived by her children, Bernice Arnold and her husband, Glen; Connie Oliver and her husband, Bobby; her grandchildren, Lisa Heaton and her husband Ronnie; Robin Arnold and her fiancé, Tom Crabtree; Rebecca Lubag and her husband, Roy; Amanda Vance and her husband, David; Jana Cole and her, fiancé, Travis Lethcoe; Noah Cole and his wife, Macey and David Spradlin; her great-grandchildren, Prenthia Buckles and her husband, Joe; Cassandra Loveday; Joshua Lubag; Cassidy Lubag; Andrew Vance; Olivia Cole; Blackley and Tristin; great-great grandchildren, Mollie Buckles and Addilyn Buckles. A very special friend, Brenda Timbs and several nieces and nephews also survive.

    Close friends and family may call from 9:30 AM to Noon on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, at Garland Cemetery (Bull Dog Hollow, Stoney Creek) with Rev. Eric Heaton and Mr. Noah Richardson, III, minister, officiating. Active pallbearers will be Noah Cole, Travis Lethcoe, Joe Buckles, Roy Lubag, David Vance and Bobby Perkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Heaton, Bobby Oliver, Glen Arnold, Gene Timbs, Tom Crabtree, and the members of the Adult Men's Sunday School Class at Dungan Chapel Baptist Church.

    Roy Leslie Richardson, 86, 156 Richardson Hollow Road, Elizabethton passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness.
    A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Noah & Pearl Estes Richardson. He was a Heavy Machine Operator. Mr. Richardson loved to garden, hunt, fish and was a bee keeper. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and loved Baseball.
    Mr. Richardson was a member of Dungan Chapel Baptist Church and was a former member and deacon of Unaka Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Orville and Noah Richardson, Jr.
    Survivors include his wife of 68 years: Beulah Finney Richardson. His Children: Bobby Richardson, James Richardson and wife Judy and Pamela Martin and husband Lee all of Elizabethton and Patsy Williams of the home. His Grandchildren: Donald Leslie Richardson, Dena Laws, Candy Shelton, Charice Richardson and Christopher Richardson. His Great Grandchildren: Stephen, Lucas and McKenna. One Great Great Granddaughter: Jordan Hilman. One Brother: Floyd Richardson. One Sister: Lela Taylor.
    Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Dr. James Richardson, Rev. Richard Estep and Rev. Eric Heaton officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in the Garland Cemetery. Music will be provided by Charice & Shea Richardson.

    Roy married Beulah Ivalee Finney on 24 Sep 1945 in Carter County, , , Tennessee. Beulah (daughter of Robert Andrew Finney and Flora Christmas Hatley) was born about 1921 in Carter County, , , Tennessee; died on 11 Sep 2018 in Carter County, , , Tennessee; was buried in Garland Cemetery, , Carter County, Tennessee.     A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Roy and Beulah Finney Richardson.
    Bobby Joe loved to fox hunt, go fishing and raise chickens. He was a member of Unaka Baptist Church.
    Survivors include two sisters, Patsy Williams, of the home, and Pamela Martin and husband Lee, Elizabethton; one brother, Dr. James Richardson and wife Judy, Elizabethton; and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, February 13, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with his brother, Dr. James Richardson, and Rev. Troy Davis officiating. The graveside service and interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday, February 14, in the Garland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
