    Notes:

    Michael Wayne Reece, age 47, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born in Banner Elk, North Carolina on May 28, 1971 to Terry Reece and Sue Michael Reece Adkins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fred and Georgie Michael and paternal grandparents, Charles and Suma Reece.

    Michael loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed animals, flowers and gardening. He also enjoyed woodworking. Michael enjoyed sports but especially liked football.He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and loved his Lord and Savior dearly. He was a loving, caring person with a big heart and will be greatly missed.

    Those left to cherish his memories include his mother, Sue Reece Adkins, father, Terry Reece, brother, Craig Reece, special nephew, Caleb Reece, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

    A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bill Morefield officiating. Special music will be provided by Linda Trivette. Graveside service and interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Bobby Michael, Donnie Warren, Brian Sargent, Bryan Lay, Blair Robbins and Jamie Blevins. Honorary pallbearers are Max Blevins and Nick McFadden.
