    Zaney Randolph "Randy" Taylor II, 44, of Elizabethton, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017, in Charleston, S.C.
    Randy was a native of Carter County and a 1991 graduate of Unaka High School where he was on the Rangers Football Team. He attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology and was a Welder. Randy was a member of Stoney Creek Baptist Church.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Zaney Taylor; his step-father, Calvin Blane Quesenberry; his paternal grandparents, George and Matilda Taylor; and his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Chelsie White.
    Survivors include his daughter, Haley Nicole Taylor; his step-daughter, Emily Vance; his mother, Shirley White Taylor Quesenberry; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa and Allen Richardson and Amy and Steve Netherly; his step-sisters, Barbara Raymond and husband John, and Sue Bebber and husband Sam; a step-brother, Calvin (Corky) Quesenberry and wife, Daphne; the mother of his daughter, Rhonda Taylor; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Funeral services for Zaney Randolph "Randy" Taylor II will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. David Foster officiating. The graveside service and interment will be at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, July 13, in the Taylor Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Unaka High School Class of 1991.
