    Notes:

    HAMPTON — Luster McKinney Stevens, 91, Hampton passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016, in the Hermitage Health Center.

    Born in Carter County to the late Wilson & Bell Hill McKinney. She lived her entire life on Brown's Branch Road.

    She was also preceded in death by her husband Conley Jerome Stevens, Sr.; by two grandchildren, Connie Bowers and Melissa Bowers; and three sons-in-law, Terry Hill, Billy Dan Harrell and Randy McKinney; two brothers, Bruce McKinney and Jack McKinney.

    Luster was a life time member of Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church and the oldest member of the church. She loved working in her flowers and visits from her children and grandchildren.

    She leaves to cherish her memory two sons & daughters-in-law, Bud & Pat Stevens, Unicoi, and Bruce & Shirley Stevens, Hampton; six daughters & sons-in-law, Wilma & Willard Bowers, Ann Hill, Karen Stevens and Brenda Harrell all of Elizabethton, Loretta McKinney and June McKinney, Hampton; ten grandchildren, Aaron & Polly Bowers, Michael & Brandy Hill, Jamie and Marti McKinney, Christopher & Tracy Stevens, Brian & Tonya Stevens, Teresa & Greg Mathes, Sheri & Ken Trivette, Tammy Hill, Todd McKinney and Tina & John Glover; eleven great grandchildren, Kendra, Andrew, Brooke, Conley, Danielle, Marcus, Jake, Katie, Daniel, Jagger, and Kristen; four great great grandchildren, Ashton, Parker, Carmindy and Paisley.

    Funeral Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. on Thursday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Carl Grindstaff and Rev. Jack Lyons officiating.

    Graveside and Interment will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 29, 2016, in the Stevens Cemetery, Rittertown Road, Hampton with the Rev. Ted Lewis officiating. Music will be provided by Katie McKinney and Penny Bowers. Active Pallbearers will be Grandsons and a Great Grandson, Jacob Hill.
