    Maggie R. Deloach, 80, 608 Locust Street, Lot 31, Elizabethton, died Monday, April 10, 2000, at Johnson City Medical Center following a brief illness.

    Mrs. Deloach was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late E.T. "Doc" and Arwilda Williams Deloach. She was also preceded in death by a son, Johnny Whitehead, in 1998, three sisters, four brothers and a great-grandson.

    Mrs. Deloach attended Friendship Free Will Baptist Church of Hampton. She was a former employee of Big B Restaurant.

    Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Richard Sheek, Cleveland, N.C., and Wilma and Charles Lyons, Elizabethton, and a brother, Albert Deloach, Hampton. Twelve grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

    DELOACH -- Funeral services for Maggie R. Deloach, 80, 608 Locust Street,
    Lot 31, Elizabethton, who died Monday, April 10, 2000, will be conducted at
    8 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, in the Autumn Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home
    with Rev. Todd Fields officiating. Graveside services and interment will
    be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 13, at Rittertown Baptist Church Cemetery,
    Hampton, with special music to be provided by John Wyatt, bagpiper, step-
    great-grandson. Active pallbearers will be George Smith, D.C. Simerly, Lewis
    Honeycutt, Jerry Young, Howard Julian and Eddie Deloach. Honorary pallbearers
    will be Pat Scalf, Laura Clark and Till Deloach Lyons. Everyone will meet
    at the cemetery at 11:25 a.m. Thursday for the graveside service. The family
    will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Autumn Chapel
    of Tetrick Funeral Home. Friends may also call at the home of a
    granddaughter, Joy Harrell, 4th Street, Hampton, or at the home of her
    brother, Albert Deloach, 163 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, any time.

    Wanda DeLoach Sheek, 75, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018, at The Laurels of Salisbury.
    Born December 25, 1942 in Hampton, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Maggie DeLoach.
    Ms. Sheek was educated in the Hampton, Tenn. schools and graduated from Hampton High School, Class of 1961.
    She was employed for Cone Mills for 25 years and later Jockey Industries before retiring. Following retiring she was a caregiver who touched the lives of many.
    Ms. Sheek was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church, Cooleemee.
    In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Richard Sheek, on November 29, 2000; a son, Richard "Ritchie" Clark Sheek, on June 17, 2007; and a brother, Johnny Whitehead.
    Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, David Lee Greenwell and wife Tammy of Wake Forest, and Darby Keith Sheek and wife Beth of Troutman; sister, Wilma DeLoach of Elizabethton, Tenn.; grandchildren, Keith Sheek of Pinehurst, Joshua Wyatt and wife Angela of Statesville, Tatum Greenwell and Ethan Greenwell of Wake Forest; and great-grandchildren, Liam, Kadyn and Keegan.
    The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Summersett Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Cleveland Town Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Blankenship, minister of Edgewood Baptist Church, officiating.
