    Notes:

    Jerry M. "Dude" Tolley, 76, 214 Possum Hollow Road, Gray passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015, at his residence.
    He was a lifetime resident of Washington County and was a son of the late William and Sudie Mae Carroll Tolley. Mr. Tolley was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Johnson City. He was a selfemployed painter.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Hall; and a brother, Bill Tolley.
    Survivors include his loving wife, Jewel Hopson Tolley; a daughter, Lori Stout and husband, Jack, of Johnson City; two sons, Bill Tolley and wife, Marlene, of Jonesborough, and Jerry Tolley and wife, Joann, of Strasburg, VA; three sisters, Lyndoll Williams, of Johnson City, Patsy Byrd and husband, Allen, of Florida, and Mary Moody, of Johnson City; a brother, Sam Tolley, of Johnson City; four grandchildren, Madison and Jarrett Tolley, of Johnson City, and Logan and Jake Tolley, of Winchester, VA; a greatgrandson, Breylon Tolley; several stepgrandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services for Mr. Tolley will be conducted at 7:00 PM Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at Grace Baptist Church, 612 Collins Drive, Johnson City, with Rev. Mike Pelham and Pastor Bryan Smith officiating.
    The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 PM until the service hour.
    Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 28, 2015, in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Jarrett Tolley, Jack Stout, Daniel Hopson, Chipper Hopson, Chad Nelson, Josh Callahan and Jake Tolley. For those attending this service you are asked to meet at Woodall Anderson and Dugger Funeral Home by 10:30 AM to go in procession to the cemetery.
    The family wishes to give special thanks to Grace Baptist Church, Dr. Vicente and staff of the Regional Cancer Center and to Dr. Abkus and staff of the Ear, Nose and Throat of Johnson City for the wonderful care and compassion they provided Mr. Tolley and the family.
