    Notes:

    Helen Louise Campbell, 74, of Johnson City, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at the Johnson City Medical Center.

    She was a native of Washington County, daughter of the late Terry Alcord Trivett, Sr. and Esther G. Oakes Trivett.

    Helen was a retired employee of the Mazer Corporation.

    In addition to her parents, a son, Jerry Dean Earhart, Jr. and a sister, Ruby Barnett preceded her in death.

    Survivors include: her three daughters, Brenda and Tim Cash, Johnson City, Sandra and Gordon Presnell of Rogersville and Bridgett Campbell of Johnson City; three brothers, James Trivett, Jonesborough, T. A. Trivett, Jr. and Catherine of Johnson City and Joe and Patsy Trivett of Piney Flats; a sister, Louella and Gary Jackson of Johnson City; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

    A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. at the Morris-Baker Funeral Home under the direction of Pastor Richard Wise.

    The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at 8:00 p.m. A committal service will be conducted on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington County Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
