    Notes:

    Debbie Ann Radford, 62, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at her residence. She was born in Marion, N.C., and was the daughter of the late Erby and Louise Ward McKinney.
    Debbie was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family, music and going to the beach. She attended Laurel Fork Ministries Church and was a member of Doe River Baptist Church.
    She was preceded in death by a nephew, Chad Grindstaff, and the father of her children, Bruce Radford.
    Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Michelle Radford, Johnson City; a son, Scotty Radford, Bristol; two step-daughters, Sherri Hyder and husband Scott, Hampton, and Penny Radford, Elizabethton; five grandchildren, Toni King, Katie Gass, Ria Hyder, Renee Radford and Jackson Toombs; three great-grandchildren, Aiden King, Brodie King and Cason Gass; two sisters, Barbara Grindstaff, Watauga, and Carolyn Duszak, Elizabethton; and a niece, Crystal Grindstaff, Watauga.
    A service to honor the life of Debbie Ann Radford will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 21, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Ronnie Reece and Rev. Bryan Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 until 2 p.m. Sunday, prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow the funeral service on Sunday at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Scott Hyder, Jason Toombs, Raymond Ward, Bryan Smith, Mike Zimmerman and Thomas Tester.
