    Notes:

    On 15 May 1807, Stephen Walling gave to James VanDeventer and Mary VanDeventer 25 acres of land on the south side of the Holston River adjacent to that of Abraham VanDeventer. The deed stated "for the love I bare towards my daughter Abigale VanDeventer's two children.

    On 29 Sep 1825, this 25 acre plot was sold by James VanDeventer and Randolph Willoughby to Abraham VanDeventer.
