    Duff Arnold, 94, 895 Sandy Road, Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away Monday, October 4th, 2010. He was a native of the Neva Community in Johnson County. He worked for Burlington Industries and was a foreman for Mountain Farms. He was a deacon at Central Baptist Church and also an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Hamilton "Ham" Arnold and Victoria Tester Arnold, one brother Marshall Arnold, two sisters, Velma Mink and Sarah Tester, and one granddaughter, Stacie Anglemyer

    Notes:

    Rev. Raleigh Mack Arnold Sr., age 78, of Mountain City, Tennessee, went on to be with the Lord Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born August 21, 1940 in Mountain City, Johnson County, TN to the late Raleigh Duff Arnold and Nellie Rhea Tester Arnold. In addition to his parents Mack was preceded in death by a baby sister Alice.

    Mack was a pastor for 33 years at the Porters Grove Baptist Church in Conowingo, MD where he retired. After he retired he returned to Mountain City, TN where he did pulpit fill-ins and revivals for the remainder of his life. He was in the pulpit filling in at Antioch Baptist 2 weeks prior to his death. He loved the Lord, his family and was well respected. Mack loved to fish, hunt and enjoyed Ginseng and wild egg hunting as well. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten or equaled. In his ministry there were over 2,000 souls saved.

    Those left to cherish his memories included his wife of 59 years, JoAnn Parish Arnold, son, Mack Arnold, Jr. and wife Mary, grandsons, Justin Arnold and wife Josie and Luke Arnold, great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Arnold, great-grandsons, James Arnold and John Arnold, sisters, Mary Bishop and husband Joe and Phyllis Anglemeyer, brothers, Jack Arnold and wife Fern, Johnny Arnold and wife Teresa and Jett Arnold.

    The family will receive friends on Saturday June 22, 2019 from 3-5:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Dan Sheffield the director of Susquehanna Baptist Association and Rev. Mack Arnold, Jr. officiating. Graveside service and burial will follow from the Bakers Gap Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Justin Arnold, Luke Arnold, John Parish, Brian Parish, Isaiah Penley and Ron Billiot. Honorary pallbearers are Jack Arnold, Johnny Arnold, Jett Arnold, Barry Bishop, Frank Bishop and Trenton Wilson.
