Mrs. Pansy Fair Milhorn, 80, of Johnson City, died Saturday, April 21, 2007 in the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Milhorn was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Norman "Nom" H. Fair and Etta Mae Roe Fair. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Johnson City. Survivors include her husband, Wylie F. Milhorn, of the home; a special niece, Jean Slemp, Elizabethton; several other nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service for Mrs. Pansy Fair Milhorn will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 23, 2007 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
