    Rosemary Guy Woodard, age 62, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 17, 1956 to the late Bill and Diana Morefield Guy.

    Rosemary was a faithful servant of her Lord and Savior. She was a member of Southside Freewill Baptist Church. She loved her church and church family and cherished her memories of teaching her children's Sunday School Class. She was dearly loved and cherished by her family. She was the best Mammaw and treasured her time with her grandchildren. Rosemary never met a stranger and was a special blessing to all who knew her.

    She was a former employee of Timberland Shoe Company and Lois' Country Café.

    Those left to cherish her memories include her husband of 45 years, Raymond 'Bill' Woodard; daughter, Diana Woodard Branch and husband Ray; granddaughter, Kristen Branch McGlamery and husband Jacob; grandson, Stephen Branch and girlfriend, Gabi Proffitt; sister, Sally Guy Horne and husband Richard; adopted brother, Leroy Guy; very special niece, Thelma Horne; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

    The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Mountain City Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastors Richard Shepherd and Berrey Dunn officiating. Graveside service and interment will follow the funeral at Morefield-Townsend Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ray Branch, Stephen Branch, Bob Taylor, Lynn Courtner, Glenn Woodard and Dean Townsend. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Horne, John Allen, John Woodard, Glen Forrester, Heinz Watkins, Lacy Tyner, Jack Smith, Jerry Brown and Michael Guy.

    The family would like to personally thank Daniel Jones and Amedisys Hospice whose care allowed us to keep her home where she wanted to be.
