Wilma Irene Williams, age 92, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 2:17 am.

She was a lovely lady who welcomed everyone into her home and treated them as family. She dedicated her life to family and God. She was an active member of Mountain Dale Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Williams; son, Ernest Dillard Williams; daughter, Joyce Marie Williams Barnett; grandchildren, Richard Williams and Christina Cowper.

Wilma Irene Williams leaves behind to cherish her memory: Son: Jessie Carl Williams and wife, Edna; Daughter: Mary Elizabeth (Bet) English and husband, Gary; Daughter-in-law: Dianne Williams; Grandchildren: Michelle Zundel, Janet Townsend and husband, Howard, Willie Barnett, Keith Williams and wife, Tracy, Spencer Barnett;

Multiple great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Her warmth, love kindness, knowledge and guidance will be greatly missed.

The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff at Mountain States Hospice for their love and care during this difficult time.

Wilma married Coy Williams on 18 Feb 1943 in Unicoi County, , , Tennessee. Coy (son of Dillard M. Williams and Elizabeth "Lizzie Jones) was born on 17 Jun 1922 in Unicoi County, , , Tennessee; died on 19 Apr 1998 in Unicoi County, , , Tennessee. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
