    GREENEVILLE — Julia "June" Dugger, 85, went on to be with her Lord Jesus on Saturday, July 23, 2016, in Greeneville, Tennessee after an extended illness.

    She was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Elijah & Blonnie Buckles.

    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Mack and Jim Buckles; her sister, Ethel Smith; and her daughter, Shirley Dugger Williams.

    She was a member of the Caldwell Springs Baptist Church. Surviving family members are her son, Stephen Dugger (Ginger); her grandchildren, Ashley Dugger Estep (Nick) and Blake Dugger (Brandi); her five great grandchildren, Gracie Estep, Levi and Cooper Estep, Jackson Nidiffer, Ava Dugger; and several nieces and nephews.

    The visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2016, in Memorial Funeral Chapel with her home-going service beginning at 7 p.m.

    The family would like to thank Takoma Regional Hospital and the Life Care Center of Greeneville, Amedisys Hospice, her Sunday School Class at Caldwell Springs and several friends and family members who helped her through her last days.
