Notes: Rev. Richard Harvey "Dick" Estep, 69, Elizabethton, went home to be with his Lord, Sunday December 28, 2014, at his residence following an extended illness. He was a Carter County native. He was a 1963 graduate of Unaka High School where he was a member of the Ranger Football Team for four years. Richard was ordained to the Ministry by his father-in-law Rev. Homer Salyer at Hunter Memorial Baptist Church forty two years ago. He had served the following Churches: Beck Mountain Baptist Church, Dungan Chapel Baptist Church and Stoney Creek Baptist Church. He also had held several revivals during his Ministry. He also had worked at PSG for 20 years. He was a member of Stoney Creek Baptist Church. Richard was preceded in death by his father: Daniel Harvey Estep, December 7, 1995. |
