Frances Nell White Treadway, Elizabethton passed away peacefully Thursday, March 26, 2015 at her residence.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late O.F. & Lone White.
Nell was a 1938 graduate of Elizabethton High School. She was a homemaker and owner of O.F. White Store. Nell & her late husband were lifelong farmers and operated the store for a number of years. She loved to work in her flowers. Nell was a member of the Siam Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Eston B. Treadway, who died September 7, 2014.
Survivors are a special Cousin, Robert White and a special niece, Joyce Treadway both of Elizabethton.
Graveside Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2015 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with the Rev. Eric Wright officiating. Burial will follow the service. Pallbearers will be selected from friends and neighbors in attendance. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the 1938 graduating class of Elizabethton High School.
The family would like to thank the visiting Angels Home Care for the wonderful care she was given. Also a special "Thank You" to her "Special Angels," Carmon, Jennifer, Liz, Angela, Sandra & Tracy.

Frances married Eston B. Treadway on 8 Mar 1944 in Carter County, , , Tennessee. Eston (son of Charles Harrison Treadway and Sallie Gay Nave) was born in 1920 in Carter County, , , Tennessee; died on 7 Sep 2014 in Carter County, , , Tennessee; was buried in Happy Valley Memorial Park, , Carter County, Tennessee.
