We are saddened to announce the passing of Billy J. Dunn, age 86, at his residence on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. He was born February 2, 1935 to the late William Dunn and Maude Roark Dunn. Billy enjoyed fishing and he was a carpenter.. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wives: Faye Lorraine Atwood Dunn and Wilma Dunn.

Clifton "Cliff" Charles Dunn, age 72 of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 05, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital, Bristol, TN. Cliff was born on July 23, 1946 to the late Charles Brownlow Dunn and Blanche Pauline Hartman Dunn. In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Perkins; three brothers, Dale, Jim, and Roby Dunn.

Cliff was very active in his community. He served 20 years as a Johnson County Commissioner, 22 years in Johnson County Emergency Management, former Veterans Service Officer, former Civil Defense Coordinator, and was in charge of solid waste. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and traveling. He was an active member of the Doe Valley Sportsman Association. Cliff was a member of Antioch Baptist Church where he was a former Deacon and Sunday School teacher.

Cliff was a United States Army and National Guard Veteran.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 52 years, Callie Ann Osborne Dunn; son, Charles Dunn, Jr and wife Julie of Greenfield, Iowa; sisters, Sharon Stout and husband Jack and Barbara Dunn; brothers, Benny Dunn and wife Donna and Steve Dunn and wife Marie; grandchildren, Logan Dunn and wife Deidre, Kristin Harrison and friend Jeremy State and Hollie Harrison and friend Michael Weaver, several nieces and nephews, and special friends and neighbors.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2019 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with the service to follow at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenny Ray Vaught officiating. Eulogy will be given by Cliff's son, Charles Dunn. Graveside service and interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2019 at the Sunset Memorial Park. Military honors will be accorded by Johnson County Honor Guard. Pallbearers are Billy Jack Stout, Brad Dunn, Jason Dunn, Sam Dunn, Frank Osborne and Keith Wilson. Honorary pallbearers are Billy Ray Pardue, Paul May, Dan Osborne, Dick Grayson, Tom Reece, Doe Valley Sportsman Members, David Shupe and Jessie Perkins.

Roby Dunn, age 70, passed away unexpectedly at his residence Wednesday, March 20, 2019. He was born January 8, 1949 to the late Charles and Blanche Dunn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Dale Dunn and Jimmy Dunn, sister Jane Dunn Perkins and one nephew Jeremy Dunn.

Roby managed Builders Supply for 20 years. Later he started his own construction company, Roby Dunn Construction, Inc, which is in its 20th year. Roby loved to play Black Jack, loved classic cars especially his 57 Chevy. He served on the County Commission for 16 years and also served on the Board of Directors for Mountain Youth Academy.

Those left to cherish his memory were his wife Celeste Simcox Dunn; two sons: Brad Dunn and Sam Dunn and fiancé Hannah; two daughters: Sarah Sutherland and husband Matthew and Isabella (Izzy) Dunn; five grandchildren: Jaxon, Bree, Tru, Tristan and Destiny and expecting sixth grandchild. Siblings Cliff Du (Callie Ann), Benny Dunn (Donna), Barbara Dunn, Sharon Stout (Jack), Steve Dun (Marie), several nephews and a special niece also survive.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2019 in the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux & Lipford Funeral Home. JOHNSON CITY - Mary Loyd Stribling, 92, Johnson City, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at her residence surrounded by family.

Mrs. Stribling was born in Mountain City, TN November 24, 1923 to the late Walter and Ethel Forrester Loyd. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Dr. Herman A. Stribling, Jr. and her brother Mr. James F. Loyd.

Mrs. Stribling devoted her life to the service of others whether it was in the classroom or in her community. She will be best remembered as a most caring and beloved schoolteacher. She received her B.S. in Education from ETSU in 1945. While she taught at several schools throughout her 33-year career, she is most often associated with her time at Towne Acres Elementary. It was during her time there she was awarded Teacher of the Year for K-4 in 1986 for her school and district. As one parent of a student recalled, Mrs. Stribling was the "type of teacher who touches your heart, makes you want to learn, want to get up eagerly and go to school, want to do good, and make you do things you never thought you could do."

Mrs. Stribling was a member of the National Education Association, Tennessee Education Association, Johnson City Education Association, Delta Kappa Gamma (past president), Phi Delta Kappa, and Business & Professional Women's Club (past president). She served on the Superintendent's Advisory Council, Southern Association Accreditation Committee, and Methodist Church Board. She received many accolades during her lifetime including, Outstanding Educator of the South, Honorary Life Member PTA, Silver Poet Award (World of Poetry) '86, Outstanding Leaders in Elementary & Secondary Education '76.

Mrs. Stribling was of the Christian faith and attended Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter Dr. Vickie Grist and husband Dr. Dana Grist of Johnson City, TN; her son Dr. Buddy Stribling and wife Mrs. Debbie Stribling of Kingsport, TN; Four grandchildren Mrs. Jennifer Hite and husband Mr. Daniel Hite of Jonesborough, TN, Dr. Kathryn Grist of Johnson City, TN, Ms. Madison Stribling and Mr. Alex Stribling of Kingsport, TN; Great-Grandson Finnegan Hite of Jonesborough, TN; Sister-In-Law Mrs. Mildred Loyd, Houston, TX; Two nephews Mr. Leonard Loyd and wife Mrs. Karen Loyd of Cypress, TX, and Mr. Paul Loyd and wife Mrs. Barbara Loyd of Fredericksburg, TX.

Joyce Nell Brown Smiley age 87, of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away Friday, October 5th, 2018 at the Mountain City Care Center following an extended illness.

She was Born November 19, 1930, in Mountain City. Nell is preceded in death by her parents Leah Rebecca Dishman Dunn and William Eduyth Dunn. Nell is also preceded in death by her husband Albert Brown, Son Junior Brown, Daughter-in-law Linda Shull Brown, Brothers and Sisters Retha Dunn, Orville Dunn, Mable Barlow, Leona Pennington, Edd Dunn, Trula Lipford, and Louise Robinson.

Nell worked for many years in the textile industry with Leco, Levis, and Burlington manufactures. When Nell wan't working, she enjoyed quilting, gardening, traveling, but most of all she enjoyed taking care of her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her Daughter Maxine and husband Bob Arnold; Sisters Beulah Clampitt and Laura Dunn Lipford; Brothers Everett, Earnest, and Bob Dunn. Burchell Ray Dunn, age 81 of Mountain City passed away on Friday May 17, 2019, at the VA Medical Center Mountain Home, Tennessee. Burchell was born in Shouns, Tennessee on November 23, 1937, to the late Fred and Pearl Dunn. In addition to his parents, Burchell is preceded in death by two brothers, Dwayne Dunn and Burnis Dunn.

Burchell served in the US Army as a member of the Military Police from 1960-62. After completing his time in the Army, Burchell made a living working as a carpenter. Burchell enjoyed spending his free time on the banks of a mountain stream with his fishing pole and enjoying nature.

Burchell leaves behind two sons, Donald Stout of Bay City, MI and Kevin Stout of Mountain City, TN; a sister, Patty Dunn Lanahan of PA; a brother, Darrell Dunn of PA; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; special friends, Gary Cooper, Bill Dunn, and Ernest Dunn.

Graveside service and internment will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the Mountain Home National Cemetery in Johnson City, TN. Military Honors will be accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard.

Patsy "Tine" Eggers passed away on Saturday November 17, 2018 at her residence. She was born On January 8th, 1942, in Shouns, TN to the late Garfield Trivette and Vira Martin Trivette. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Ottis Trivette, Clay Trivette, Verdie Mae Stout, Eula Faye Courtner, Bob Trivette, Dean Trivette, Arlis Trivette, and her best friend Maxine King.

Tine worked for many years at the Mountain City Glove Plant. When she wasn't working, she loved working in her flower garden. She was a member of the Rainbow Mennonite Church. Ted Trivett, age 94, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the Watauga Medical Center. He was born on March 2, 1923 to the late Clyde James Trivett and Sally Ethel Martin Trivett. In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Juanita Marie Walsh Trivett; sisters: Wilma Trivett Walsh and Margie Trivett Taylor and brother, Johnie Glenn Trivette; brothers-in-law: Wade Taylor, Dana Walsh, Luther Rupard and Sam Taylor.

Ted owned and operated his own sawmill for many years. He loved being outdoors and had a special love for sawmill work. He was an avid coon hunter. He studied forestry and fire- fighting techniques with the Civilian Conservation Corps. He was a great story teller and loved spending time with his family and friends.

Irene Taylor, age 93 of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, Tennessee, surrounded by his family, passed away on Thursday January 24, 2019 in the Mountain City Care Center. Irene was born in Mountain City, TN, on August 3, 1925 to Clyde Trivette and Sally Martin Trivette and is also is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Sam E. Taylor as well as brothers Glenn and Ted Trivette, and Wilma Walsh and Margie Taylor.



Irene was a charter member of the Calvary Baptist Church, she loved flower gardening digging herbs and just the outdoors in general.

Her survivors include daughter Alma Howard, Mtn City, Tn. Son Jim Taylor, Mountain City, TN.

Sister Gladys Rupard, Laurel Bloomery, TN Brother Earl Trivette of Mountain City, TN. Grandchildren Jeffrey Harrison, Jimmy Taylor, Michael Taylor, and David Taylor.

The funeral service for Irene will be conducted on Sunday January 27, 2019 in the Charles B Hux Chapel of Hux & Lipford at 7 pm. with Rev. Steven Spencer to officiate. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 pm. Graveside services will be conducted on Monday morning at 11 am in the Reece cemetery everyone is asked to assemble at the cemetery at 10 45 am.

Gladys “Maw” Rupard, 89, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2022, at Franklin Woods Hospital. She was surrounded by her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Luther Rupard, Her mother and father, Clyde and Sallie Trivette, and her sisters Irene Taylor, Margie Taylor, and Wilma Walsh. Her brothers, Ted and Glenn Trivette.

James Elbert Johnson, age 76, of Creston, NC, passed away in his home on Saturday, October 13, 2018. James was born December 1, 1941 to the late Booker T. and Lura May Johnson. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his sisters Lois Lipford and Margaret Glen, brothers Cecil Johnson, Robert Johnson, and his twin brother John Johnson, sister-in-law Deanna Potter Johnson, brothers-in-law Otis Forrester and Ralph Lipford, a niece Tammie Graybeal, nephews Allen Lipford and Adam Taylor, and his brother-in-law Clifford Treadway, who held a special place in his heart.

James lived and farmed in Creston, NC for all his adult life, making a living as a tobacco and cattle farmer. When James was not working the farm, he enjoyed collecting knives and guns and fishing for trout in the cool mountain streams of North Carolina. James attended Corinth Baptist Church in Mountain City for many years.

Those left to cherish James memory are his loving wife of 58 years, Joyce Magdalene Potter Johnson, nieces Jane, Penny, Delores, Michelle, Terri, Tarrina; nephews James, Kenny, Benny, Keith, Steve, Gary, William, Terry, Tony, Bobby, Greg, Michael, and Shane; sisters-in-law Mae Johnson, Betty Johnson, Sue Potter Treadway, and Marilyn Potter Graybeal; brother-in-law Lenny Glenn.

Earl William Dunn, age 87, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. He was born on September 6, 1930 to the late George Washington Dunn and Stella Mae Riddle Dunn. In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Sexton; brothers: George Washington 'June' Dunn, Orville Dunn and Paul Dunn; special nephew, Bob Sexton.

Earl was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Korean War. Most people knew him from his recycling business, which he worked in for about sixty years. He enjoyed his work and really enjoyed being with people and talking. He also was a member of the 'Hardee's Breakfast Crew' and enjoyed his mornings there every day. Earl was a kind and generous person and had a wonderful sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. He was of Pentecostal faith and the best part of his life was when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior.

Betty Phillips, age 85, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Mountain City Care Center. She was born on October 17, 1934 to the late George Dunn and Stella Riddle Dunn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Edith Sexton; brothers, Orville Dunn, Paul Dunn, George Dunn Jr., Earl Dunn, and grandson, Zach Hill.

Betty loved the Lord and was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother. She loved her family and never met a stranger.

She was born on May 30, 1935 to the late Emmett and Sofie Morefield. In addition to her parents, Ella was preceded in death by her husband Jess Owens, granddaughter, Jessica Tester and several sisters and brothers.

Ella loved to color, sing, listen to the radio and watch the Andy Griffith show and Golden Girls. Prior to her declining health, she loved to cook and would make wonderful meals for her family and friends.

ELIZABETHTON - Herbert H. Curde, age 88, of Elizabethton, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center, following an extended illness. Herbert was born in Carter County to the late Alvin and Pearl Feathers Curde. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Hall and Ruth DeSilvey; and two brothers, Ted Curde and James C. Curde.

Herbert was a United States Air Force veteran, where he served as a military policeman and he retired from the Elizabethton Electric System after 42 years of service. He was a member of Brick Christian Church, where he was an elder. Herbert loved farming, gardening and never knew a stranger, he was always willing to help others. He was an avid UT sports fan and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. But most importantly, was the love of his life, Ardith.

Those left to cherish his memory include the love of his life and his wife of 67 years, Ardith Hyder Curde, of the home; two daughters, Patti Buck and husband Keith, of Johnson City and Mikki Morrell and husband Ned, of Kingsport; four grandchildren, Shannon Banner, of Johnson City, Cody Buck, of Johnson City, Brookney Morrell and Brandi Morrell, both of Kingsport; one great grandson, Brayln Banner; one brother, Frank Curde, of Elizabethton; one sister, Grace Bellott, of Memphis, TN; and a brother-in-law, Bill Hyder. A service to honor and celebrate the life of Herbert H. Curde will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in the Chapel of Peace at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton with Mr. Ernie Depew, minister, officiating. PINEY FLATS - Loretta Curd Smith, 87, of Piney Flats, TN passed away on November 19, 2019.

Born in Watauga, TN, she was the daughter of the late Spencer Rodney Curd and the late Cora Lee Fair Curd. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Patsy Curd, three brothers, Charles, Tony Wren and Clinton Dewayne Curd and one sister-in-law Sandra Curd.

She was a member of Poplar Ridge Christian Church. Loretta was a Tupperware manager for 32 years. She LOVED TO TALK and to meet new people. She loved to cook and loved making bread and cakes for other people. She had many friends and she believed in telling she loved them while they were living.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Herman S. Smith; three sons, Chip Smith of Piney Flats, TN, Jeffrey Smith of Spring Hill, TN and Tony Smith of Jessup, MD; five grandchildren, Timmy, Emily, Grace Smith, Joshua and Anastasia Smith; two great grandchildren Rachael and Madison Smith, one sister-in-law, Kim Curd and several nieces and nephews. She also loved the children she babysat. They called her "Mimi" and she called them her adopted grandchildren; Gavin Grizzle, Rachel Hamilton, Kimberlyn and Jonathan King, Josh and Jonathan Gregory.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Poplar Ridge Cemetery.

Harold Edwin "Bear Claw" Phillippi, age 70, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at his home in Doe Valley surrounded by family on Friday, October 12, 2018. Harold was born in Mountain City on June 29, 1948 to the late Edwin "Tuck" Phillippi and Mary Virginia Mullins Phillippi. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim and Bob Phillippi and paternal and maternal grandparents. Harold was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and the Good News Sunday School Class.

Harold was an avid hunter and spent many days and nights in the mountains hunting bear, raccoon, rabbits and deer. He was fond of his bear dogs and enjoyed the hunt as much as taking the animal. He was always willing to take the younger, inexperienced hunter and help them to experience his love of the mountains and hunting. Harold held the Tennessee State record when he checked in a black bear weighting 635 lbs

Harold is survived by his wife of 51 years, Faye Phillippi; two daughters, Lisa and her special friend Donnie and Jaycee Clawson; his mother, Virginia Phillippi; brother, Roby Phillippi and wife Carol; two grandsons, Ethan and Josh Clawson. Also surviving are multiple nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who have fond memories of him. Sister-in-laws Virginia Manuel & husband Don, June Thomas & Friend Coleman, Ann Skewes & husband Mike, Harold had a special sister-in-law, Mae Matheson, who he entrusted to always be there to help him, Brother-in-law, Doran Swift & Wife Emogene.

He will be remembered by his many friends along with the members of the Doe Valley Sportsman Club, Stoney Creek Hunting Club, as well as many other hunting organizations.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October15, 2018 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Mountain City Funeral Home with the service to follow at 7 p.m. with Pastors Gale Hartley, Spencer Roark and Dean Smith officiating. Charles William 'Bill' Graybeal, age 71, of Mountain City, TN passed away Saturday August 10, 2019, in the Johnson City Medical Center. Bill was born on February 18th, 1948, to the late "Pete" Chester Clyde Graybeal, SR and Margaret Opal Phillippi Graybeal. In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by an infant sister. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time in the outdoors.

He loved riding motorcycles, gardening and arrowhead hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Arnold Eggers of the home; son, Derek Eggers, Mountain City, Tennessee; brothers, Jimmy Eggers, Mountain City, Tennessee and Timmy Eggers, Mountain City, Tennessee. His beloved dogs Harley Girl and Spikey Baby.

Funeral Services for Steve will be conducted on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the East Side Chapel of Hux & Lipford Funeral Home with Jim Furches and Bill Worley to officiate.

Vickie Marie Courtner, age 60, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 following a lengthy illness. She was born on November 22, 1958 to the late Jess and Ella Mae Morefield Owens. In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. 'Jack' Courtner.

Vickie had been sick for several years and was not able to do the things she would have liked. She was able to do the one thing that she enjoyed most, spending time with her family. She had four legged friends that she loved deeply, Lady and Meanness. Vickie also enjoyed working crossword puzzles.

Those left to cherish her memories include her children, Marie Gates and husband Mike; sons, James Courtner and wife Angel, Donald Courtner and wife Stephanie, Tommy Courtner and wife Amanda and Kenneth Courtner Jr.; sisters, Judy Dunn and Linda Hayworth; brothers, Ronnie Owens, Jim Owens and Donnie Owens; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; special friends, Dorothy Canter and Denise; several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Shannon Courtner officiating. Graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 28, 2019 at the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eddie Dickens, family and friends. Honorary pallbearer is Marvin Courtner.

WATAUGA - Larry Roger Hammons, 80, Watauga, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital, Elizabethton, TN, following an extended illness.
Larry was born in Carter County to the late Fred and Geneva Campbell Hammons.
Larry graduated from Elizabethton High School in 1960. He continued his education at Milligan College. Then he went on to proudly serve in the United States Air Force. Next, Larry worked for Hoffmann Aircraft and then Sunshine biscuits, Inc in Lenexa, KS.
In June of 1969, Larry met the love of his life, Linda, at Watauga Christian Church. On August 15, 1970, Larry and Linda were married and began a very blessed life together. Life brought Larry and Linda to central Illinois, where he worked for Swift and Co. Larry attended Johnson University (Bible College) graduating in 1975. He pastored and preached in Mississippi, South Carolina, Illinois and Tennessee. He loved to tell everyone that the Lord loved them. Larry worked several positions before going to work for the City of Elizabethton as quality control for the water department. He retired in 2004 after 13 years.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by: one infant brother; one cousin, Robert Campbell; one sister-in-law, Nilah Groves Mills; and one brother-in-law, Charles Brubaker.
Survivors include: his wife of 51 years, Linda Lee Hammons; two sons, Roger Hammons and his wife Sarah and Daniel Hammons and his wife Stephanie; two grandchildren, Alexis Norris and her husband Justin, and Chesnee Hammons; two great grandchildren, Knox and Nash; one sister, Gail Brubaker; nieces and nephews, Chris Brubaker and his wife Carrie, Michael Brubaker and his wife Jennifer, Sarah Woods and her husband Ben and nine great nieces and nephews; niece, Jennifer Schmale, and sons, Abe Schmale and his wife Hannah and Jacob Schmale; special cousins, Jana Lisa Hicks and her husband Dennis, Kristen Campbell and son Gabe , Kendra Hicks, Joey Campbell and his wife Paula and Jeffrey Campbell. And many cousins.
The family would like to thank all the CNAs at Hillview Home Care, especially Bridget Fletcher and Teresa Baines, recently the nurses at Sycamore Shoals, and Dr. Ronald Blackmore and his staff. Also, all the caregivers that have been involved in Larry’s care for their tremendous care and treatment given to Larry throughout his eleven-year illness. Also, a special thank you to all the prayer warriors that have shown such kindness and support during these difficult times. Larry’s Saturday morning prayer group and everyone at Frist Christian Church, thank you for your prayers.

JOHNSON CITY - Vickie Lynn Wikle, 73, of Johnson City died Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at Fort Sanders Hospital in Knoxville. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late Ralph Eugene and Hazel Marie Shell Smith.

Vickie was a registered nurse and spent most of her career at Baptist Hospital in Knoxville, TN. She graduated from the Diploma Program at Baptist and later received a BS degree from Tusculum University. Vickie was known for her cooking and baking, she generously shared with coworkers, friends and family. Vickie was also an avid sports fan who strongly supported the Tennessee Vols.

After caring for her husband for several years, Vickie returned to Johnson City to care for her sister. Vickie shared her love of canning with her aunt, Betty Grindstaff. The two spent many days canning together and sharing with family and friends. Vickie attended Southside Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wikle, a sister, Patty Howell and sister-in-law, Phyllis Smith.

Survivors include her brothers, Joe Smith and Dana Smith (Robin); brother-in-law Chris Howell; her aunt Betty Grindstaff; best friend June Hubbs; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other special friends and coworkers.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 31, 2022, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm in the Dogwood Chapel at Morris-Baker. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm under the direction of Chaplain Dan Hix and Pastor Randy Lester. Vickie and her husband Joe will be interred at Mt. Home National Cemetery together at a later date.
