JUDGE LOWE DIES AT TEXAS HOME
Word reached Elizabethton yesterday announcing the death of Judge D. C. Lowe at his home in Plainview, Texas.
Judge Lowe was the brother of the late Charles H. Lowe of this city, John H. Lowe, of Erwin, and Mrs. John H. Reed and Mrs. Charles Anderson, of Elizabethton.
