He was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church, and a native of Johnson County. include the widow, Laura Eggers Potter; two sons, Paul Potter, Kennett Square, Pa., and Marvin Potter, of Kennett Square, Pa.; a daughter, Lou Potter, of the home; a brother, Dan Potter, Shouns; two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Wilson, Trade, and Mrs. Lou Eggers, Trade; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. from the house with Rev. D. H. Forrester, and Rev. Barney Oliver in charge. Burial in Potter Cemetery. Hill Funeral Home in charge.
