JOHN A. TOLLY
John A. Tolly, age 56, died at his home in Hampton, Tuesday morning at 4:45 after an illness of several months.
Mr. Tolley[sic] was a native of Carter county and an employee of N.A.R. Corp. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist church.
Survivors: wife, Mrs. Rosie Tolley; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Davis; one son, Clyde Tolley; five grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Tolley; one sister, Mrs. Bunie Simerly, all of Hampton; one brother, Steven J. Tolley, Baltimore, Md.
The body will be removed from the Roy Hathaway Funeral Home to the home Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 o'clock.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Little Doe Freewill Baptist church Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, with the Rev. George Westmoreland and Allan Cates officiating. Burial will be made in Simerly cemetery.
