- Diania Jean Bowers Hill, 71, Hampton, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born March 25, 1950 in Carter County to the late James Monroe and Elizabeth Williams Bowers.
Diania was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Junior Hill; four children, Loretta Hill, John Wayne Hill, Misty Setzer and Jessica Talton; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, David, Eddie and Randy Bowers; her sisters, Margaret Morris, Flo Bowers and Jo Bowers; and several nieces and nephews.
Her brother, Jerry Bowers, passed away Wednesday night, December 15, 2021.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon Saturday, December 18, in the Ritchie Cemetery (Stoney Creek). Active pallbearers will be John Hill, Jody Hill, Robbie Miller, Chris Talton, James Ritchie, Earnest Setzer Sr., Kilroy Hill and David Hill.
