- Our Beloved wife, Moma and Mamaw: Brenda Joyce Blevins Vines, 79, Elizabethton went to be with our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 with her family by her side at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born November 25, 1941 in Elizabethton to the late Clark & Bessie Pearl Hardin Blevins. She was a homemaker. She married the love of life Teddy B. Vines on April 26, 1966 just days shy of 55 wonderful years. She loved to read her Bible, loved to shop. She attended Sims Hill Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters: Lisa Vines Oliver and Tabitha Vines, her Siblings: Earl Blevins, Ken Blevins, Sherly Blevins Kyte and Geraldine Blevins Peters.
Survivors include her husband Teddy Vines, a son: Teddy Joe (Robin) Vines, Her Brother: Hal (Linda) Blevins. Her Son-In-Law: Lawrence Oliver. Five Grandchildren: Ronnie (Savanna) Carr, Macey MaChelle Vines (Noah Cole), Teddy Vines III, Joshua Oliver and Kylie Vines. Several Nieces & Nephews. Her Special Friends: Emily Potter Vines.
Graveside Service will be conducted in the Smith Cemetery (Valley Forge), Elizabethton, Tennessee.
