- Former Elizabethton High School athlete, Terry L. Treadway, 64, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his Elizabethton home on the night of March 22, 2021. Also a baccalaureate of East Tennessee State University, Terry spent his professional career as a tri-cities banker. He joins his parents, Ralph and Ona Treadway, with our heavenly Father.
Terry is survived by four children, Ben Treadway and his wife Ellyn, Stephanie Treadway Parshall and her husband Robert, Bobby Treadway and his wife Abagael, and his youngest son, Alex Treadway. He also leaves behind a beloved brother, Jeff Treadway and his wife Glenda, along with his nephew, Jonathan, and his nieces, Sarah and Eden. Terry also leaves behind two grandchildren, Francis and Isabelle. He passes along his love of sports and passion for family.
The family will be holding a small, private ceremony.
