- Inas Sparks Higgins 74- was born May 15, 1929 in Flag Pond, TN. She was the daughter of the late Herman and Bethel Shelton Sparks. Inas was married to the late Jim Higgins. She was a beautiful lady that everyone who met her loved her. She was employed at Morrill Electric.
She leaves behind to grieve her passing one daughter Deborah (Jerry) Tipton, one sister Helen Faye Edwards, four brothers; Dallas (Lorraine) Sparks, Clarence (Mary Lee) Sparks, Donald (Margie) Sparks and Edward (Brenda) Sparks.
