The family would like to thank Dr. Merrick and his nurses for their care and compassion, Maggie at Lincare, who supplied the equipment that kept him as comfortable as possible, and all the nurses and PT's who kept him motivated and moving, Ken Vest who always came to help when called, no matter how unpleasant the task, Kelvin and Becky Lester who always made Dad feel welcome and loved and did whatever they could to help, and to the many people who faithfully prayed for him. May God bless you all!
