  	Cliner A. Tester, 71 of 1007 Clinchfield St. died Saturday in Johnson City Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Tester was a native of Johnson County and was the son of the late Andrew and Rebecca Jackson Tester. He was employed by Clinchfield Railroad for 25 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Westview Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Ford Tester; two sons, Floyd of Indianapolis, Ind., and Bobby of Johnson City, Tenn., two daughter, Mrs. Paul Smith of Johnson City and Mrs. Harold Foster of Jonesboro.
