- Dayton Lawrence Ingram, 76, went to be with the Lord January 21, 2019, in the Erwin Health Care Center. He was born in Tiger Valley, Tennessee. April 6, 1942. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Mary Ingram and a sister Ruth Ingram. He was a member of Little Doe Freewill Baptist Church. He was a resident of Erwin Healthcare Center.
He is survived by his sister: Edna Ingram, brothers, Norman and George Junior Ingram. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was a joy to everyone he met. He loved to play the guitar. He will be missed.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Ingram Cemetery, Whitehead Hill. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family wished to thank Erwin Healthcare Center, for being so good to Lawrence.
They took him under their wing, like he was their family. We are forever grateful for your kindness.
