- Mrs. Frances S. Harvey, age 86, of 14863 Prestige Drive, Woodbridge, Va., formerly of Hillrise Avenue, Elizabethton, died Friday, December 5, 2003 at her residence following a brief illness.
Mrs. Harvey was a native of Washington County and had lived most of her life in Carter County. She had lived the last eight years in Woodbridge, Va.
Mrs. Harvey was the daughter of the late Warner and Katherine Heaton Shell.
She was of the Presbyterian faith.
Mrs. Harvey was the Executive Secretary for the local Selective Service Board and retired from the Administrative Board of the Selective
Service of Tennessee.
She is preceded in death by her husband, G.A. "Red" Harvey, 1975; one sister, Ruth Laurain, and one brother, Cecil Shell.
The graveside service and interment
will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2003 at Happy Valley
Memorial Park.
