- ELIZABETHTON - Olivee Swanner Miller, 78, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the Ivy Hall Nursing Home following an extended illness.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas & Mary Swanner. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Miller was a member of Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: John Miller, her sisters: Emogene Morton, Magalene Tolley, Ina B. Myers, and Ethel Peters, and a brother: Leonard Swanner.
Survivors include several nieces & nephews and her Ivy Hall family.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bobby Stout officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the Carver-Cochran Cemetery, Hampton. Active Pallbearers will be: Larry Morton, Jr., and Family and Friends.
