- Mrs. Carolyn P. Ferrell Williams, 55, of Neeses, died Saturday, May 21, 1994, at her residence. The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Mount Beulah P.H. Church, with the Rev. Ronald Street, the Rev. William Welch, the Rev. Reggie Thames and the Rev. Emery Martin officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Williams was born in Johnson City, Tenn., a daughter of the late George Washington Ferrell and Mary Ann Tolly Ferrell. She was a member of Mount Beulah P.H. Church. Survivors include her husband, Vernon Williams of the home; a son, Kyle Williams of Neeses; two sisters, Mrs. Roxie Jones of Taylor, Mich., and Ms. Gail Ferrell of Elizabethton, Tenn.; four brothers, Lester E. Brummett of Plymouth, Mich., Don L. Brummett and Gerald D. Brummett, both of Bowling Green, Fla., and Joe Ferrell of Johnson City, Tenn.; a stepdaughter, Betty Fox of Aiken; a foster sister, Mrs. Laura Barnett of Johnson City, Tenn.; two stepgrandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
