- She was the daughter of the late John A and Cora Coldiron Davis. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elizabethton. Mrs. Cole was a former employee of North American Rayon Corporation where she worked in the Reeling Department. She had also worked as a special duty nurse at Carter County Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service for Mrs. Olive Cole, age 88, was conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 27, 2003 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway Percy Funeral Home. Interment followed in Happy Valley Memorial Park.
