Landrine J. Robinson. . .
Landrine J. Robinson, age 60 of Shouns (Woods Hill) died unexpectedly from an apparent heart attack Saturday at 4 p.m. He was a native of Johnson County, son of the late Henry and Sarah Eggers Robinson; and a farmer.
Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Lona Blanche Robinson, Shouns; three sons, Claude Edward Robinson, West Grove, Pa., Loyd Robinson, Lexington, N.C. and Ben Franklin Robinson, Lexington, N.C.; four daughters, Mrs. Nellie N. Leonard, Bristol, Mrs. Sarah V. Leonard, Mountain City, Mrs. Mary Cleo Murphey and Mrs. Mrs.[sic] Glenda Johnson, both Lexington, N.C.; two brothers, Frank Robinson and George Robinson, both of Trade; one sister, Mrs. Lura May, Trade; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted from Lewis Gentry Funeral Home chapel Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dwight Adams and Rev. Ernest Rash officiating. The burial was in Sunset Memorial Park, Mountain City.
Pallbearers and flower bearers were friends and neighbors.
