He was born May 27, 1974 in Johnson City. Kevin was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. He was in the Retail Business at the Johnson City Mall. He was a member of the East River Park Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his father: Cecil Carr.
Survivors include his Mother: Patsy Deloach Carr. A sister: Karen Carr. Several aunts, uncles & cousins.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2018 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Lee Hunt, Minister officiating. Entombment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends
