Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the home, in charge of Rev. Howard Reese and Rev. Laurence Trivette. Burial will be made in the family cemetery. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Bessie Hodge, one son, Edgar Hodge; two grandchildren: Mary Lou and George Hodge; two brothers: Boone Hodge and A. L. Hodge, and three sisters: Mrs. Tolly[sic] May and Mrs. Lula Dunne of Trade, and Mrs. Maggie Maines of Shouns.
