- Lloyd Deloach - HAMPTON
HAMPTON — Lloyd B. Deloach, 72, 136 Stevens Lane, Hampton, died Thursday, January 3, 2008, in the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Ben & Vina Carver Deloach. He was retired from the T & K Tool & Die Company. He served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Deloach was a member of the Zion Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother.
Survivors include his wife: Betty Simerly Deloach; Two Sons & A Daughter-In-Law: Lloyd Victor & Anna Deloach, Rogersville, Tn., and Joel Keith Deloach, Hampton; Three Grandchildren: Victoria Hatley, Elizabethton, Benjamin Paul Deloach, Hampton, and Lindsey Deloach, Johnson City; One Great Granddaughter: Anna Grace Hatley; One Sister: Lucille Orr and husband, Robert, of Roan Mountain; Two Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Lewis & Margaret Deloach and Luther & Ann Deloach, all of Elizabethton; Several Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Haskel Ingram and Rev. Dean Smith officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Rittertown Baptist Church Cemetery. Music will be provided by Trilla Little, Organist.
Active Pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Saturday, will be: Tyrone Powell, Phillip Shull, Dolan Smith, Jerry Lunceford, Jerry Street, Travis Coleman, Tom Little, Guy Troutman and Chuck Harless. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Conley Coleman, Doyle Coleman, Larry Coleman, Marvin Honeycutt, Tom Little, Guy Troutman, Carlos Lambert and Chuck Harless.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence. Military Honors will be provided by the V.F.W. Post 2166 & Tennessee National Guard. Family and Friends will assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Saturday.
