WILLIE J. ROBINSON…
…51, Mountain City Rte. 3, died at his home Monday, October 20, following a long illness.
Mr. Robinson was a native of Johnson County, a farmer, and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Vina Robinson; two sons, Edsel of Franklinton, La., James Robinson of Mountain City; three daughters, Mrs. Klan Pleasant of Butler, Mrs. James Neatherly of Church Hill, Mrs. Kenneth Dillon, Yellow Springs, Ohio; two brothers, Claude Robinson of Johnson City, Paul Robinson, Akron, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Mark Reece of Mountain City; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Bethel Baptist Church Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Tom Worley and Rev. S. D. Hart officiating. Rev. Ben Wood was in charge of the music.
Burial was in Shouns Cemetery.
