NOAH GENTRY
Funeral services for Noah Gentry, 42, who died Monday at 4 p.m. at a local hospital following an intestinal operation Thursday night, were to have been held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Free Will Baptist Church, the Rev. James Fair and the Rev. R. N. Own, officiating. Interment was to be in the Highland Cemetery.
Pallbearers were J. Hampton Hyder, John Bowers, Walter Love, E. E. Hyder, Jake Brumit, and Walter Edens.
Survivors are the widow; four[sic] daughters, Bessie, Cora, Ella, Lucille and Ruby Gentry; two sons, Ernest and Frank Gentry; father, F. C. Gentry of Butler, and four brothers, Elbert, Isen, Webster, and Clayton Gentry, all of Butler.
Mr. Gentry had made his home here for several years having come from Johnson County and for some time managed the County Home.
