A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late John and Hettie Frazier Hardin Mr. Hardin was a retired merchant and a member of the Hardin Brothers Quartet. HARDIN -- Funeral services for Hobert O. Hardin, 88, 409 Washington Avenue, Elizabethton, Tenn., who died Monday, Aug. 7, 2000, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11, 2000, at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, with the Revs. Ray Colbaugh and Bill Greer officiating. Music will be under the direction of the New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church Choir. Interment will follow at the Ritchie Cemetery.
