- She was a daughter of the late W.O. and Ada Colbaugh Garland. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jessee Willard Stout, and her second husband, Jesse L. Booker; a grandson, Waylon Stout; four sisters, Theo Patrick, Carmelita Peters, Sibilia Hardin, and Jewel Garland, and three brothers, Charles Garland, T.N. Garland and Odell Garland.
She was a retired Nurse's Aide.
Mrs. Booker attended the First Assembly of God.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 23, 2004 in Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Burial followed in Happy Valley Memorial Park.
