- BISHOP, Va. — Danny Michael Reynolds, age 62, passed away Friday March 7, 2008. He was a former resident of Dickenson County and had resided in Tazewell County for the last 43 years. He was of the Freewill Baptist Faith, a retired coal miner and a member of the UMWA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Reynolds and Evelyn Kiser Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife Ruby Deloach Reynolds of Bishop Va.; son, Mike Reynolds of Bishop, Va.; granddaughter, Ashley Reynolds of Tazewell, Va.; sisters, Martha Deloach of Lenoir, N.C., Alice McCoy of Cosby, Tenn., Patsy Moore of St. Paul, Va., Betty Stevens of St. Paul Va.; Nettie Bollick of North Carolina, Sandra Robinson of Roanoke Va.; and brother: Lee Reynolds of Virginia.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
Honorary pallbearers will be J.J. Deloach, Danny Deloach, Lawrence Deloach, Bill Deloach and Mike Hensley.
The family received friends Sunday March 9, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel followed with a service at 7:00 p.m. with Lester Mullins officiating.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday March 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., with Darrell Long officiating. He was laid to rest in the Deloach Family Cemetery RT 3 Clintwood, Va.
